About 2 years ago, our own Chris Lewis, Manager – Rapid Manufacturing Center, began working with local students and instructors at the Applied Technology Center (ATC) in Rock Hill, SC to strengthen the engineering and fabrication skills of the students. To date, the students have worked in the fields of design, CAD, electrical, small engines, suspension geometries, welding, and body and paint. Most notably, Chris and the students have diligently been working on the “Build-A-Car” project. We’re proud to say the car is finished—check out the final product!
