This week 3D Systems showed a wide range of medical solutions at the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) 94th annual meeting in San Diego California. Highlighted at the show were ZPrinter® models for patient education and communication. Jaw models are printed to show how an implant treatment will be performed. Models can be printed in just a couple of hours and for around $20. This helps the patient understand this complex procedure and make a more informed decision.
